Here in 4th class we love PE. This term we took part in the Daily Mile Challenge, and walked or ran for 15 minutes every morning, for 6 weeks. This was great fun. We also enjoyed our Athletics training, and now we do GAA coaching with Laura. So it came as no surprise that we were awarded our 3rd Active Schools Flag!
We have been preparing for Christmas. Here is Ms Burns' Religion table. We made beautiful angels from paper.
Christmas Decorations
Ms Burns' Class painted wooden and clay decorations. We hung them on our class Christmas tree.
Congratulations to the 4th class winners in the recent Green Schools Art Competition. They designed posters around the theme of Road Safety, and won brilliant Green Schools prizes. Well done girls.
We have been awarded the Daily Mile Flag, in appreciation of our school's commitment to the Daily Mile initiative. Some of fourth class were able to be present when the flag was raised this week - all while maintaining social distance of course! Another great achievement for our Active Schools committee, Kayleigh, Ruby and Lakshmi the 4th class representatives, and for all of St Clare's.
